Refund, Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

At Infopeak Systems (OPC) Private Limited, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, returns, cancellations, and shipping.

1. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery for grocery items. To be eligible:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
Perishable goods and frozen items cannot be returned unless defective
Items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible
Exchanges are offered only for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your return/exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.

2. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after approval. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

If the return request is made after 7 days of delivery
If the product packaging has been opened or tampered with
For perishable goods unless proven defective

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed for dispatch. For same-day deliveries, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of order confirmation.

To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately with your order ID.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Notify our customer support within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Our team will verify and arrange for replacement/refund within 48 hours

5. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Saturday)
Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12 PM (subject to location)
Next-day delivery for orders placed after 12 PM
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and product availability
We deliver to the address provided at checkout – please ensure accuracy

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Perishable groceries (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, etc.)
Opened packaged food items
Personal care products
Items marked “Final Sale”
